THE FUTURE

The goal of many scientists is to have cancer immunotherapy available and effective for as many patients as possible. In the coming years, scientists hope to produce immunotherapies that will be more effective and less toxic. To make this happen, more tumor antigens need to be discovered,  and predictive biomarkers have to be recognized. Fortunately, there are technological advancements that aid the researchers.
